Fog thickens around Foot's Trolley

The emerging leaked documents on events surrounding the death of Jean Charles de Mendezes in London on 22 July throw a somewhat different light on my Foot's Trolley post. In essence, they don't change my point; but the situation becomes much more complex than it was at the time I wrote it.
